The aim of this post is to remind you the obligation of every company to offer the realization of a periodic medical examination (usually annually) to their workers, as required under the Article 37, paragraph 3, letter B, of the Royal Decree 39/1997, of January, in relation to article 22 of the Act 31/1995 of Labour Risks Preventions.

Medical examinations are performed by the Correspondent Prevention Service, for if you wish to do it you will have to contact with your Prevention Service.
